Data Delivery
CDs*: Plays on all PCs with CD-Rom. This format not recommended for large jobs due to
limited disc space.
DVDs / Data DVD**: Plays on PCs with a DVD-Rom installed.
Authored DVD**: Plays on conventional DVD players and DVD Roms with supporting DVD
movie software.
VHS (High Quality): Standard on all jobs.
USB 2.0 Removable Drives: External case with hard drive installed. Highly recommended for large
jobs. Hard drive sizes vary from 40GB to 500GB.
Microsoft Access Database: This database includes all line information pertaining to the work
being done. Access file could be used with existing mapping software or any type of data
management program. This database is included with CDs, Data DVDs and USB 2.0 drives only!
Reports: High quality inspection reports for contract work only! Standard reports will be given at
job site for non-contract work.
PDF Reports: Optional. Not available at job site.
Microsoft Excel Progress Report: This spreadsheet, which serves as an invaluable tool to keep track of contract progress, is e-mailed daily to customer. Line information must be provided prior to starting
contract.
Inspection Video Formats: Video format options include MPEG 1, 2, 4 and WMV. The WMV
format is highly recommended for large jobs. Other formats available upon request.
*The CD-R format will be used on all CD projects. CD-R is a recordable format. A CD-R can record data only once and then the data becomes permanent on the disc. The disc cannot be recorded onto a second time.
**The DVD+R format will be used on all DVD projects. DVD+R is a recordable DVD format similar to CD-R. A DVD+R can record data only once and then the data becomes permanent on the disc. The disc cannot be recorded onto a second time.
